Workshop recap

Create 10x Content in Half the Time with AI.

Everyone can now generate infinite content, which means generic content is worth exactly nothing. This session was about building a content engine that uses AI for leverage while keeping the one thing that still cuts through: a real point of view. The goal was 10x output that still sounds like you — not autopilot that sounds like everyone.

The framing: AI is a force multiplier on your ideas, not a replacement for having them. Multiply zero and you still get zero.

Start from a point of view, not a prompt

We began where most people skip: your angle. Content that works starts from a specific belief, experience, or contrarian take that only you can credibly hold. AI then helps you express it in more formats, faster — but the belief has to be yours. We showed how to mine your own experience and customer conversations for angles worth publishing.

The repurposing engine

The biggest leverage is not generating new content — it is turning one strong idea into ten platform-native pieces. We demoed the engine: one anchor asset (a talk, an essay, a customer story) becomes threads, short posts, a newsletter, and video scripts, each adapted to the platform rather than copy-pasted across it. AI does the adaptation; you keep the voice.

Keep your voice with a style guardrail

To stop everything sounding like default AI, we built a reusable voice guide — real samples of your writing, your do's and don'ts, banned phrases — that every draft runs through. The result is output that scales without collapsing into the beige tone that makes readers scroll past AI content on sight.

Key takeaways

  • Generic content is now worthless; a real point of view is the only durable edge.
  • Start from your angle and experience, then use AI to express it in more formats.
  • The highest leverage is repurposing one strong idea into ten platform-native pieces.
  • Adapt to each platform — don't copy-paste the same post everywhere.
  • Use a voice guardrail built from real samples so output scales without sounding generic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Won't AI content all sound the same?

It does by default. The session was largely about avoiding that — starting from your point of view and enforcing a voice guide.

How much can I really automate?

The mechanical parts — repurposing, formatting, first drafts. The ideas and the voice stay yours; that's the leverage point.

Do I need to post on every platform?

No. Pick where your buyers actually are, and go deep there rather than spreading thin everywhere.
