Our own analytics (Boundless Intelligence Engine)
We record page views, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, form submissions and page speed in
our own customer-data system, which we run ourselves. If you accept analytics cookies, we set
one first-party cookie, bf_anon, which holds a random ID, lasts 2 years and lets
us recognise your browser when you return. It is also set when you submit one of our forms
(for example, to request a guide or book a call), so the request is linked to your record.
If you don't accept analytics cookies, we still count your visit, but without reading or setting any cookie: the visit is grouped using a code computed from your IP address, your browser's user agent and a random value that we replace and delete every day, so it cannot be used to recognise you on a later day. Our analytics system does not store your IP address. Individual visit records are deleted after 13 months; daily totals are kept longer.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our Site. It collects information such as:
- Number of visitors and page views
- How visitors navigate through the Site
- Which pages are most popular
- Where visitors come from (search engines, social media, direct)
- General geographic location (country/region)

Clarity automatically masks sensitive information in recordings and does not collect
