Compose the AI-native
founder's advisor.

A set of Claude Code skills that turn Claude into a structured startup advisor. Each skill embeds the Boundless Founder methodology — enforcing specific frameworks, question sequences, and decision criteria that guide founders through the journey.

Free and open source · Skills are the foundation; community, coaching, workshops and the accelerator are the product.

Editorial · On why this exists

A virtual startup advisor
that lives inside Claude Code.

AI lets you ship code in hours. The hard part was never the code — it was the judgment underneath: is this idea worth building, is the assumption testable, is the experiment honest, is the distribution real?

The Boundless Stack puts that judgment into the loop. Every skill reads your founder profile and prior outputs, walks you through a structured process, and saves a scored artifact you can hand to a coach or revisit yourself later.

    Foundations

Honest self-assessment, mental and emotional diagnostics, support mapping, and sustainable routines. Where the work starts.

    • /mindset-check
    • /support-map
    • /founder-routines
  2. 02

    Validation

Stress-test ideas across 7 dimensions. Design rapid experiments. Run interviews. Scope an MVP for 2-4 week delivery.

  3. 03

    Customer & Growth

Acquisition plans, growth experiments, distribution-first thinking. Because "I'll figure out distribution later" is the #1 way AI startups die.

  4. 04

    Fundraising

Pricing, unit economics, story, materials. The financial honesty most decks dodge.

  5. 05

    Scaling, Exit, AI Track

Operating at scale, AI-track workflows, and the long-tail decisions of building a real company.

How founders use it

Three loops most founders skip.

Validate

Pressure-test an idea in a weekend

Run /validate-idea to score across 7 dimensions, surface your biggest assumption, then /experiment-design to ship a fake-door test inside a budget you can defend.

Build

Scope an MVP you can actually finish

Use /mvp-scope to ruthlessly cut to a 2-4 week build. Run /coaching-brief to prep a synthesized brief before your next mentor session.

Decide

Get an honest second opinion on call

These skills will tell you when your idea is weak. False encouragement kills startups — the Stack enforces evidence over opinions, every time.

Philosophy

The four guardrails.

  • 01 Distribution-first Every validation includes distribution. No "I'll figure that out later."
  • 02 Honest over encouraging Skills will tell you when your idea is weak. False encouragement kills startups.
  • 03 Evidence over opinions Every recommendation is based on what you know, not what you hope.
  • 04 AI structures, humans judge Skills enforce frameworks. Coaching handles the hard decisions.
Get started

Two prerequisites.
One paste.

  1. Claude Code — Anthropic's AI coding agent. npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
  2. Conductor (recommended) — project manager for Claude Code workspaces. Download from conductor.build.

Open Conductor, create a project for your idea, and paste this into the Claude Code session:

Install the Boundless Founder skill stack by cloning https://github.com/MohamedFAhmed/boundless-stack.git to ~/.claude/skills/boundless-stack, then run ./setup for global install and ./bin/dev-setup for this project.

That installs the Stack, walks you through your founder profile, and runs your first skill. After that, /validate-idea.

From the Sprint

The Stack is the canonical toolkit
at the Founder Sprint.

Every team at the 48-hour Founder Sprint uses the Boundless Stack to validate, build, and ship inside the weekend. June 13–14, 2026, Bellevue WA — application-only, 100 spots.
